Framing the problem is crucial to the success of any project. In this phase, I ensure a deep understanding of every aspect of the company and its operational market. This involves identifying the target audience, analyzing the company's competitors, and gaining a comprehensive grasp of the real problem we're trying to solve. By immersing myself in the company's goals, market dynamics, and user needs, I can develop a clear and focused problem statement. This approach not only guides the project's direction but also ensures that the solutions we create are tailored to meet the company's objectives and resonate with their audience.
-Market Research & Understanding -Project Goals-Target Audience-The Problem-Workshop
Every design project has to achieve business goals. After learning them in the first phase, I try to think of a strategy to actualise them. This phase is mostly done through workshop with you, the client. I’m a big believer of collaboration and co-creation, as these approaches ensure that the resulting strategy aligns perfectly with your vision and needs.

Guided by a Design Thinking approach, I develop multiple concepts to address the identified problem. However, only the most viable solutions make it to you. I don’t present sketches or rough ideas; instead, I deliver working solutions that are ready to be implemented and can effectively solve the problem.
